The McCabe Company was founded by Beth McCabe Holman in the fall of 2019. After nearly a decade working in the events department at Blackberry Farm, Beth recognized a gap in the market for elevated, luxury event rentals. She set out to create a collection of thoughtfully curated pieces designed to transform and enhance any event.

 

From the very beginning, Sylvie Smith has been an integral part of The McCabe Company, working alongside Beth and helping build the business, its inventory, and its reputation throughout East Tennessee. In 2025, Sylvie took the next step in that journey, purchasing The McCabe Company and becoming its owner.

 

Today, Sylvie continues to carry forward the vision and foundation Beth created while bringing her own energy, perspective, and vision to the company. With a passion for beautiful design, exceptional service, and the details that make an event memorable, she is proud to lead The McCabe Company into its next chapter.
